The episodes will each be broadcast at 3am, starting this Saturday morning with Jimmy Page talking about “Led Zeppelin IV”. There’s no need to set your alarm though, as they will be repeated on BBC iPlayer. |

Tom Petty is 60 today

The frontman for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers was born in Gainesville, Florida on October 20 1950. He formed the Heartbreakers in 1976 and has since released 10 studio albums with the band, as well as three solo albums and two with the supergroup The Traveling Wilburys. |
