“Motown: The Musical” opens on Broadway
Written by admin on April 15, 2013 – 9:44 pm -“Motown: The Musical” debuted at Broadway’s Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Sunday night, following a month of previews.
The show tells the story of how Berry Gordy Jr (played by Brandon Victor Dixon) founded the Motown label and took the world by storm with more than 50 classic hits by stars such as Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson and The Miracles, The Supremes, The Temptations, Martha and the Vandellas, and many more.
