“The Lost Notebooks of Hank Williams” – multi-artist tribute
Written by admin on August 5, 2011 – 7:49 am -Bob Dylan, Merle Haggard, Sheryl Crow and Norah Jones are among the artists who have recorded unheard songs by Hank Williams for “The Lost Notebooks of Hank Williams” collection.
The country legend, who died in 1953, left behind a number of notebooks which contained many song ideas. Twelve songs have been finished and recorded by 13 artists for inclusion on “The Lost Notebooks of Hank Williams.”

McCartney receives Kennedy Center award
Written by admin on December 7, 2010 – 10:43 am -Paul McCartney was back at the White House on Sunday night to receive the Kennedy Center award from President Obama. In June, McCartney received the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song and performed in front of the President and First Lady in the East Room.
