Michael Jackson’s “Xscape” tops the UK album chart

Michael Jackson’s “Xscape” has become the late singer’s 10th album to top the UK album chart. It has hit number one on digital charts in more than 50 countries.

“Xscape” features eight previously unheard Jackson tracks that have been worked on by contemporary producers and artists, including Timbaland, Rodney Jerkins, Stargate and John McClain.

In Performance at The White House - Memphis SoulPBS’s latest “In Performance at The White House” show has celebrated Memphis soul music, with contributions from Sam Moore, Eddie Floyd, Mavis Staples, Charlie Musselwhite, Queen Latifah, Cyndi Lauper, Justin Timberlake, Ben Harper, William Bell, the Alabama Shakes, Steve Cropper, and 21-year-old Joshua Ledet, whose duet with Sam Moore on “Soul Man” kicked off the entertainment.
