Engelbert says there was “no one better” than Elvis
Written by admin on August 30, 2012 – 10:18 am -Engelbert Humperdinck has spoken warmly about his friendship with Elvis Presley, who he spent time with when the pair were performing in Las Vegas in the 1970s.
Humperdinck told his Facebook followers:
| “Elvis was quite possibly the warmest and most generous man that I have ever met. When we first met he embraced me and made me (a young lad from Leicester) feel completely welcome. I treasured our friendship. Musically there was no one better than EP. I miss you Elvis.” |
