Written by admin on April 17, 2013 – 2:13 pm -PBS’s latest “In Performance at The White House” show has celebrated Memphis soul music, with contributions from Sam Moore, Eddie Floyd, Mavis Staples, Charlie Musselwhite, Queen Latifah, Cyndi Lauper, Justin Timberlake, Ben Harper, William Bell, the Alabama Shakes, Steve Cropper, and 21-year-old Joshua Ledet, whose duet with Sam Moore on “Soul Man” kicked off the entertainment.

In Performance at the White House – Red, White and Blues

The event took place as part of Black History Month and will air on PBS on Monday as “In Performance at the White House – Red, White and Blues.”

Grammy Awards 2012 – round up
