The band’s first album for four years makes its debut ahead of their North American tour, which begins on August 3. Steve Winwood will be on the tour as a special guest.

George Harrison guitar sells for $657,000
Written by admin on May 20, 2014 – 7:24 pm -A 1962 Rickenbacker 425 guitar owned by George Harrison sold for $657,000 (£390,000) at Julien’s Music Icons auction on Saturday.
The guitar was purchased by Harrison in September 1963 at Fenton’s Music store in Mount Vernon, Illinois, while he was on a two-week visit to see his sister, Louise.

Michael Jackson’s “Xscape” tops the UK album chart
Written by admin on May 18, 2014 – 8:50 pm -Michael Jackson’s “Xscape” has become the late singer’s 10th album to top the UK album chart. It has hit number one on digital charts in more than 50 countries.
“Xscape” features eight previously unheard Jackson tracks that have been worked on by contemporary producers and artists, including Timbaland, Rodney Jerkins, Stargate and John McClain.
