Julien’s Auctions’ Music Icons auction will feature an impressive collection of music memorabilia this weekend from legendary artists such as Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, and many more.

The two-day 2012 Sports Legends and Music Icons auction event kicks-off today at Julien’s Auctions Beverly Hills Gallery. The first Music Icons session begins at 2:00pm PST and there are a further two Music Icons sessions on Sunday at 10:00am and 2:00pm PST.

  • an Elvis Presley-owned ensemble consisting of a black leather motorcycle jacket and black Lansky Bros. tuxedo pants (Est: $30,000-$50,000)
  • David Bowie’ stage- and studio-used red wine, Gibson Chet Atkins Country Gentleman guitar (Est: $20,000-$40,000)
  • Keith Richards’ “Hell” t-shirt, as worn during the Rolling Stones 1981 American Tour and seen in the concert film “Let’s Spend the Night Together” (Est: $1,000-$2,000)
  • a John Lennon spare suit from the film “Hard Day’s Night (Est: $4,000-$6,000)
  • a Beatles signed 1963 Swedish promotional poster (Est: $6,000 -$8,000)
  • Mick Jagger’s stage-worn tail coat from the 1989-1990 Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle tour ($1,000-$2,000)
  • a Grateful Dead original Family Dog poster FD-26 (Est: $3,000-$5,000)
  • Michael Jackson’s Apollo Theatre performance-worn fedora (Est: $8,000-$10,000).
