Gregg Allman on Private Sessions

Hosted by Lynn Hoffman, “Private Sessions” showcases exclusive performances and conversations with top names in music and film.

Allman will be talking about his new album, “Low Country Blues“, his recent health struggles and the music legacy of the Allman Brothers.
There will also be live performances of the solo tracks “I’m No Angel” and “Just Another Rider”, and the Allman Brothers classics “Whipping Post” and “Melissa.” |
“Private Sessions” debuted in July 2007 on A&E and has since featured artists as diverse as Avril Lavigne, Maroon 5, Ringo Starr, Colbie Caillet, Sting, Annie Lennox, Blondie, Bon Jovi, Carly Simon, Cyndi Lauper, John Mellencamp, Duran Duran, Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson, Seal and many many more.
The star of next week’s “Private Sessions” episode, airing on February 6, is five-time Grammy-winning artist, Toni Braxton.
Gregg Allman’s “Low Country Blues” was released on January 18 in the US and will be available from February 7 in the UK.
