iTunes debut for Beatles “Anthology” albums
Written by admin on May 31, 2011 – 9:31 pm -The trio of two-CD sets originally released in conjunction with The Beatles’ mid-90s “Anthology” series will be available as remastered downloads exclusively from iTunes on June 14.
Anthology 1, 2 and 3 will be available individually ($29.99/£17.99 each) or as a set ($79.99/£44.99). Individual tracks will cost $1.29 each.

Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc, and The Beatles Story in Liverpool are coming together to develop an exhibit that will examine Elvis’ impact on the Fab Four and commemorate the day in August 1965 that The Beatles visited Elvis at his home in Bel Air, California. |

Lennon’s “Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds” lyrics to be auctioned
Written by admin on April 13, 2011 – 7:34 pm -John Lennon’s handwritten lyrics for “Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds” are being auctioned next month at a sale in Beverly Hills. The lyrics to the classic Beatles hit are expected to sell for more than $200,000 (£122,700).
