They reached number one with their first three singles (“Relax,” “The Power of Love,” and “Two Tribes”), and sparked the kind of public reaction that most bands could only dream of. The Beatles original studio album remasters are finally released on vinyl this week, three years after they debuted on CD.

The 14-disc box set contains the 12 UK original albums, plus “Past Masters Volumes One and Two” and the US version of “Magical Mystery Tour”.

• “Elvis – Prince From Another Planet” and “Elvis: As Recorded At Madison Square Garden – Legacy Edition” (Nov 13)
• “The Beatles – Stereo Box Set” vinyl edition (Nov 13)
• “Led Zeppelin – Celebration Day” in multiple editions (Nov 19)
• “The Beach Boys – Live in Concert: 50th Anniversary Tour” on DVD and Blu-ray (Nov 19/20).

Jimmy Page has said that he has been looking through the Led Zeppelin archives to prepare expanded and remastered editions of the band’s albums.

Page told Mojo magazine:

“There are different versions of tracks that we have that can be added to the album[s], so there will be box sets of material that will come out, starting next year. There will be one box set per album with extra music that will surface.”
