David Bowie did not appear in person at the Mercury Prize award ceremony on Wednesday night, but did use the occasion to premiere the music video for the song “Love Is Lost”.

Bowie was nominated for the Mercury Prize for his album “The Next Day,” along with Arctic Monkeys, Jake Bugg, Laura Mvula, and the winner James Blake.

Willie Nelson has achieved his first Top 10 Billboard 200 Album since 1982 with his new release “To All The Girls…”. The collection of newly recorded duets entered the Billboard 200 at number nine and debuted at number two on the Top Country Albums chart.

A crowd of A-list stars assembled at Abbey Road Studios earlier this month to join Paul McCartney in the video for his great new single “Queenie Eye”.

Van Morrison’s classic album “Moondance” (1970) has been reissued with previously unheard material, including the lost song “I Shall Sing”.

The album is available in three formats:

• a five-disc Deluxe Edition including 50 previously unreleased outtakes, multiple takes and a final mix of the unheard track “I Shall Sing”, and the original album remastered on both CD and on Blu-ray audio (in high resolution and surround sound)
• a two-disc Expanded Edition feauturing 11 previously unreleased outtakes and the original album remastered
• a single-disc Standard Edition featuring the original album remastered.
