Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival line-up

Among the veteran artists joining the likes of Florence + the Machine, Mumford & Sons and Arcade Fire at the June festival are Gregg Allman, Robert Plant & the Band of Joy, the reunited Buffalo Springfield and rockabilly queen Wanda Jackson. |

Coldplay, U2 and Prince to headline Glastonbury?

Coldplay have been confirmed as the Saturday night headliners for this year’s Glastonbury and U2 are likely to top the bill on the Friday after pulling out last year due to Bono’s back injury. This leaves the prestigious Sunday night closing slot and there is a persistent rumour that it might be filled by Prince. |

Rod Stewart and Stevie Nicks Heart and Soul Tour

The 13-date tour will kick off on March 20 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and finish on April 16 at the Hollywood Bowl. |

Chuck Berry health scare in Chicago
Written by admin on January 2, 2011 – 9:43 pm -| Best wishes go out to Chuck Berry who fell ill during a gig in Chicago last night.
The 84-year-old rock ‘n’ roller was performing at Chicago’s Congress Theatre when he slumped over a keyboard an hour into the show. He received medical attention and was back on stage within 15 minutes, but soon left the stage again as he felt too weak to continue the show. |
