Rolling Stones play warm-up gig in Paris
Written by admin on October 26, 2012 – 8:07 am -The Rolling Stones played an hour-long gig in front of 650 lucky fans at the LaTrabendo club in Paris last night. The gig was a warm-up for their forthcoming series of stadium gigs, which begin on November 25 at London’s O2 Arena.
Prices for the stadium gigs have raised eyebrows, but fans last night paid just €15 to witness the Stones’ first stage appearance since August 2007.

The Beach Boys: Live in Concert – 50th Anniversary Tour on DVD and Blu-ray

The title will be released on November 20 in North America. There’s no news yet on a worldwide release date. |

Stevie Nicks confirms Fleetwood Mac reunion
Written by admin on October 16, 2012 – 3:25 pm -Stevie Nicks has confirmed that Fleetwood Mac will reunite for a tour in April/May 2013 and that the band are also in talks about recording new material.
Nicks told ABC News Radio:
| “We go into rehearsals somewhere around the end of February. So… if everything goes to plan, we should probably be out by the end of April or May, I would think.” |

The Rolling Stones confirm four 2012 gigs
Written by admin on October 15, 2012 – 10:36 pm -The Rolling Stones have confirmed that they will perform gigs in the UK and US before the end of the year.
There will be two dates at London’s O2 Arena on November 25 and 29, and two at Newark’s Prudential Center on December 13 and 15 (not in Brooklyn as had been rumoured).

The Beach Boys – Live on the BBC
Written by admin on September 25, 2012 – 6:35 am -The Beach Boys performed a special gig for BBC Radio 2 last night at London’s Mermaid Theatre, ahead of their appearances at the Royal Albert Hall and Wembley Arena later this week.
A replay of the show is available on the Radio 2 website until October 1. The gig begins around 18 minutes in and is preceded by Jo Whiley’s interview with the band.
