New releases update – September 2012

- Bob Dylan’s new album “Tempest” (Sep 11)
- “Michael Jackson Live at Wembley” DVD + 25th anniversary editions of Michael Jackson’s “Bad” (Sep 18)
- “Paul Simon – Live in New York City” on CD, DVD and Blu-rau (Sep 18)
- the Beach Boys greatest hits collection and 12 classic albums remastered (Sep 24 in the UK*)
- “Freddie Mercury – The Great Pretender” on DVD and Blu-ray (Sep 25)
- remastered editions of 12 more original Frank Zappa albums(Sep 25).
*Fans in North America will have to wait until October 9 for the Beach Boys releases, but pre-order links are provided on the New Releases page.

Engelbert says there was “no one better” than Elvis
Written by admin on August 30, 2012 – 10:18 am -Engelbert Humperdinck has spoken warmly about his friendship with Elvis Presley, who he spent time with when the pair were performing in Las Vegas in the 1970s.
Humperdinck told his Facebook followers:
“Elvis was quite possibly the warmest and most generous man that I have ever met. When we first met he embraced me and made me (a young lad from Leicester) feel completely welcome. I treasured our friendship. Musically there was no one better than EP. I miss you Elvis.” |

Fans pay 35th anniversary tribute to Elvis Presley

The staggering number highlights the enduring appeal of Elvis and the incredible loyalty of his fans.
