Lost Hendrix tape up for sale
Written by admin on April 27, 2009 – 5:06 pm -A tape featuring unheard recordings made by Jimi Hendrix is expected to sell for $220,000 (£150,000) at auction tomorrow. |
The tape features 14 tracks recorded at Jimi’s home in New York in 1968, including a Bob Dylan cover and “softer” versions of numbers from the rock legend’s Electric Ladyland album.
