Amazon celebrates “Please Please Me” anniversary with 1963 music store

Today is the 50th anniversary of the release of The Beatles’ “Please Please Me” and Amazon UK are marking the occasion by recreating their Music Store as it might have looked in 1963, complete with the Amazon Hit Parade, and a spotlight on “up and coming folk singer” Bob Dylan.

Of special interest is that for today only you can buy select 1960s songs on download for 10p.
