Bob Dylan’s new album “Tempest” out in September
Written by admin on July 17, 2012 – 7:15 pm -Columbia Records has announced that Bob Dylan’s new studio album, “Tempest,” will be released on September 11, 2012.
“Tempest” is Dylan’s 35th studio album and is released to coincide with the 50th anniversary of his debut. |
“Tempest” was produced by Bob Dylan under his Jack Frost pseudonym. The following 10 tracks will appear on “Tempest”:
- Duquesne Whistle
- Soon After Midnight
- Narrow Way
- Long and Wasted Years
- Pay In Blood
- Scarlet Town
- Early Roman Kings
- Tin Angel
- Tempest
- Roll On John.
The song “Roll On John” is a tribute to John Lennon and “Tempest” is a 14-minute track about the sinking of the Titanic.
Dylan’s last album was 2009’s “Together Through Life,” which became his first album to debut at number one in the US and UK.
