New releases update – July
Written by admin on July 5, 2011 – 8:12 am -The New Releases page has been updated to include music CD, DVD and Blu-ray releases for July.
In response to feedback from readers, the New Releases page now also includes links to Canadian releases, along with the US and UK releases.
Among this month’s highlights are:
- several good value box sets of classic albums from artists such as Sam Cooke and Gene Vincent (July 5)
- Queen remasters in standard and deluxe editions (July 5)
- remasters of Thin Lizzy’s “Bad Reputation,” “Black Rose” and “Chinatown” (July 5)
- Aretha Franklin “Live in Paris” on DVD (July 12)
- multi-edition reissues of Yes’s “Fly From Here” (July 12).
